These terms govern your use of arbitra.ca and the services offered by Arbitra.
The service
Arbitra provides education, strategy, and concierge support for using sportsbook promotions offered by licensed operators. We are not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers or place bets on your behalf. Any bankroll funding is provided under a separate written loan agreement.
Eligibility
To use the service you must:
- Be a resident of Ontario (19+) or Alberta (18+)
- Be physically located in your jurisdiction whenever you place a bet
- Not be self-excluded from gambling, or barred from gambling by law
- Open and control your own sportsbook accounts, in your own name
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for every bet you place, for following each operator's terms of service, and for following the laws that apply to you, including any tax obligations.
Fees
Client compensation is described in the Profit Share Agreement each client signs. Using this website is free.
No guarantee
Gambling involves risk. Results, estimates, and examples on this site are illustrations and are not guaranteed. Past results do not predict future results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Arbitra is not liable for losses arising from bets you place, operator decisions (including voided bets or account limits), or your failure to follow instructions as written.
