Sportsbook Account Setup

Opening a sportsbook account takes about five minutes. Verification can take from a few seconds to a day. Do it carefully: a mistake here can lose you the welcome offer for good.

The golden rules of sign-up

1. Use your real legal name, address, and date of birth, exactly as they appear on your ID.
2. Use the same email and phone number across every book, so tracking and verification stay simple.
3. Enter the promo code we give you at sign-up, not after. Missing it usually can't be fixed.
4. Don't deposit until your manager confirms the amount. Some offers depend on your first deposit size. If Arbitra is funding you, wait until the money is in your bank account, then deposit it yourself.
5. One account per person, ever. Never open an account for a partner, roommate, or family member, and never let anyone else open one in your name.

Step by step: opening a book

• Download the official app from the App Store or Google Play (or use the website your manager links)
• Tap Join or Sign Up and enter the promo code from your roadmap
• Fill in your legal name, address, date of birth, email, and phone
• Create a strong, unique password and save it in a password manager
• Allow location access when asked. You must be inside your region to play
• Complete identity verification (photo of your ID and a selfie, if asked)
• Screenshot the confirmation screen showing your welcome offer and send it to your manager

Region notes

Ontario (19+)

• Every legal book is registered with iGaming Ontario. Look for the iGO logo in the app footer.
• You must be physically inside Ontario to place a bet. Your phone's location is checked every time.
• Interac e-Transfer and debit are the fastest deposit and withdrawal methods.

Alberta (18+)

• Alberta is an open, regulated market under the iGaming Alberta Act. Licensed books include the major operators as well as Play Alberta (the provincial site).
• New operators are added to your roadmap as they launch.
• You must be physically inside Alberta when you place a bet.

If verification fails

Don't panic, and don't open a second account. Send your manager a screenshot of the message. Most failures are fixed by re-uploading a clearer ID photo, or by confirming your address with a utility bill or bank statement.
